Workers are granted an additional paid leave in number of  9 calendar days to annual labor leave with lump sum payment of the monthly tariff charge on improvement according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About a social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to ecological disaster in Priaralye" of June 30, 1992.

- to perform in case of an exit of workers to an old-age pension of payment of one-time remuneration for work uninterrupted length of service at the Employer, including length of service in other affiliated organizations JSC NAC Kazatomprom

2. Children of workers and third parties can be the persons which aren't consisting in employment relationships with the Employer, and directed to training at the expense of means of the Employer, on specialties, being of interest to the Employer.

3. Payment of New Year's gifts for children of workers.

4. Partnerships are provided the following preferential payments:

- payment of financial support to workers in case of the death of the worker Partnership.

- payment of financial support to workers of the Partnership in a case:

- introductions of the worker for the first time;

- death any of members of the family of the worker (spouse or spouses. parents, children);

- child's births;

- performing paid operational treatment of the worker Tovarishchestva; a natural disaster (the fire, a flood, an earthquake and etc.) as a result of which material damage was caused to the worker;

5. For the purpose of interest of qualified and young specialists for work In RU-6 LLP, creation of social conditions by it the Employer can provide to above-mentioned employee categories office housing (the apartment the room in the hostel) being in property of the Employer.

  

 SAFETY AND LABOR PROTECTION

- encouragement of workers for a contribution to creating favorable conditions of work on workplaces, improvement suggestions on creation of safe working conditions;

- ensuring compliance of workplaces of workers to requirements of sanitary regulations and safety regulations.

- to exercise regular control of working conditions of workers and if necessary to take measures for reduction of working conditions in compliance with sanitary standards.

- to provide the Workers occupied at works with harmful working conditions as the privileges established by the employment contract, this Collective agreement, other regulations of the operating labor legislation (short working day, additional vacations, issue milk, treatment-and-prophylactic food, periodic medical examinations, etc.).

- to provide the workers performing a labor activity in the territory of the operating production on production and conversion of uranium with treatment-and-prophylactic food in a lunch break, for shift workers according to the schedule at the expense of means of the Employer.

- for the purpose of improvement of working conditions, prevention of an injury rate and diseases on production to provide workers with job descriptions, security guidelines and labor protection by professions and work types.

-special clothes and boots, equipment’s of special protection in according with the established norms. To realize individual cleaning of protective clothing and washing time, dust removal, decontamination, drying, repairing of special clothes and boots and other facilities of personal protection.

Doing regular dosimetric  checking ups of industrial , sanitary- protecting and living area. To inform the workers about radiation degree  of environment.

              Medical service for employees.

 To carry out a voluntary insurance of employees of company.

Conditions of realizing :

  • with service of  polyclinic medical aid (Consultation of specialists, family doctor services, laboratory tests and instrumental methods studies, physiothearapy, ambulance, purchase medicaments);

• Hospital treatment and surgery operations;

• with dental care except dental prosthesis;

•with  treatment at  sanatorium-resorts;

•with vaccination and prevention  examining ;

•with medical services abroad (extramural medical consultation at the institutions of outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, diagnosis and medical treatment abroad with insurance, going abroad by business trip or  for training).

The tasks of  Trade Union:

8. To make purchase of Christmas gifts for children of employees of the Association, not age, arrange for the state attained professional holidays conferences, seminars, trainings  cultural-massive, sports and recreational activities and to carry out the intended use of the allocated by the Employer for the purpose of money and other means Trade Union:

9. The realizing  of  public control over observance of legislation on occupational safety and health.

10. Participation and addressing issues related to the improvement in the near safety inspection and occupational safety and health.

11. The provision of public control s compliance with legal the rights and interests of labor by appointing staff in the Security and Safety social labor inspector.

 12. Carrying out the work among employees to comply with their instructions and other regulation acts on labor protection

13. Verification of the implementation of measures for the Employer Occupational Safety and Health

14. Participation in the labor disputes involving violations of safety and health requirements

15. The direction of the commissions' work on labor protection to prevent violations of the rules and regulations of labor protection

16. Overseeing health care for workers in compliance with the rules of payment of sick leave and conduct the necessary preventive measures

17. Carrying out work among members of the staff to improve their professional liability for compliance with applicable regulations and other normative acts on labor protection, safety and fire safety

18. Elections of authorized persons for labor protection among the trade unionists, as well as the organization of their studies and work

19. Participate in the certification of industrial facilities on labor conditions

20. Carrying out work to promote healthy lifestyles

The conditions of trade union work

Employer’s obligations:

21. The recognition of the union as an organization  expressing  the interests and defending the rights of workers union members in dealing with professional and labor and social-economic issues

22. Not preventing holding of union meetings (conferences), meetings and other union activities premises company.

23. Participation at the request of the union meetings, on (conferences) correspond govering works of icons.

24. Ensuring the right of members of trade union bodies in access and visitation example

25. Trade union organizations in the provision of time without the use of equipped with furniture, office equipment and means room

26. The provision of trade union bodies the necessary information the protective function of trade union

39. Organization of professional and public holidays, conferences, seminars, training, cultural, educational and sports and recreation activities.

40. Consideration of applications of the partnership of workers and action on reasoned decisions.

  Control over the execution of the contract terms and responsibilities of the parties

41. Control over the execution of this agreement by the commission, formed by the two sides on an equal footing

42. The commission has the following powers:

 a) Prepares background material on the basis of the present agreement

b) It carries out examination of the application and complaints of employees of non-compliance by the parties of, and obligations withing 10 working days, inform the applicant of the decision or of the measures taken for its consideration

c) At the initiative of the parties is preparing a proposal on amendments and additions to the established order of certain provisions of this agreement

d) It provides clarification on the application of the provisions of this agreement

e) Develops project contract for the next year of preparing a proposal for the extension of this contract.

43.The parties have entered into this agreement, shall be responsible for the implementation of liabilities assumed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan 

44. The results of the implementation of this treaty sall be communicated to employees once a year.

45. At the expiration of the term of this it can be extended on a proposal from the joint committee of employers and union with appropriate adjusted its individual provisions of the special agreement about prolongations

   Other conditions

46. in all the others that is not provided in this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan
